You’ve done the dreaming, booking, and organizing—now let us bring it all together.Our Day-Of Coordination package kicks in two months before your wedding, giving you the support you need to tie up loose ends and enjoy the final countdown stress-free.
We’ll confirm vendors, build a detailed timeline, answer last-minute questions, and coordinate all the moving parts on the big day (and yes, we’ll be the ones tracking down Aunt Linda when it’s time for family photos). From the first look to the last dance, we’ll be behind the scenes making sure everything flows seamlessly—so you can be fully present, soak it all in, and sip (or chug) your champagne in peace.

We’ll pick up where you left off to help you get organized, refine your vision, and make intentional and informed choices along the way. From custom checklists and budgeting support to design direction, contract reviews, and vendor recommendations—we’re with you through every major milestone. And of course, we’ll be there on the big day to manage it all seamlessly.

Our Full-Service Planning is designed for couples who want expert guidance from the very beginning.
We'll take care of everything—from the big picture to the smallest detail. Our services include venue research, vendor bookings, budget tracking, creative direction, and complete logistical planning and management for all events: rehearsal dinner, welcome party, ceremony, reception, and farewell brunch.
